ing water. Or as Max Aicher once said: “Standing still is in fact going backwards”. We wish to see our home town, the society and regional companies head in one direction only: upwards – in the truest sense of the word. Located on a hill overlooking the seclusion of the riverside woods and the gently flowing Saalach river is our Akademie Berchtesgadener Land.
Our promise of performance to you
In cooperation with the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences our academy functions as an intercorporate further education establishment. It is open to the employees of companies of all industries and offers them a practice-oriented further education at a university level. Our individually tailored offering is aimed at academics and non-academics, all employees and, last but not least, at the companies themselves.

We pursue the goal of giving each participant a platform so that they can not only extend their specialist knowl-edge but also further develop their personality. The cours-es are designed for small groups of up to 15 people, so that all participants are able to interact enough and are able to assimilate the course contents in the form of case studies, project work, excursions and examples from their own practical experience. Above all, our lecturers allow adequate time to go into the requests of the participants and to hold personal discussions with them.
Our fields of competence
In times of technologisation, an ever more important role is played by social, personal and methodical competence. For some time now they have been relevant not only for managers but all employees. The topic of Industry 4.0 in particular calls for stronger entrepreneurial thinking as well as decision-making and managerial competence from all employees. The service we offer therefore includes a further education focus in which you acquire interdisciplinary skills and methods that enable you to more easily and efficiently handle the demands of your profession. This main focus includes: competence in management and methods, social and personal competence and, last but not least, the specialist expertise of digitalisation and selling.
