Max Aicher startet residential projects for personal and company use in the 1960s. Over time, this grew into a new business segment.
Today, letting of more than 2.000 flats is among the most economically stable business branches of the Max Aicher Corporation.
We maintain great relationships to our tenants e.g. by our annual balcony plant competitions and festivals. Real estate acquisition and development is still a major branch of Max Aicher Real Estate & Projects; additionally we manage several thousand parking spaces in the city of Riem/Munich.
Last but not least, our business parks in central and eastern Europe provide space to local businesses as well as perfect infrastructure to the corporations' regional offices.
We also have properties in the USA and Canada.
