The Max Aicher Foundation has set itself the goal of promoting education in the region and beyond its borders. This includes not only the training and further education of specialists, but also training measures for those people who are particularly dependent on help.

The Max Aicher Foundation has made this guiding principle its mission and enables refugees to have uncomplicated access to knowledge and language. In the in-house training center, a dedicated team of teachers and social workers has been offering German, math or social studies courses since 2015.
Academy Berchtesgadener Land
Continuing education and training, as well as specialization and competence building, have always been central hubs in the Max Aicher Foundation.
The effects of the shortage of skilled workers in particular reinforce the importance of education as an instrument for employee retention* and further development. Group-wide training events allow our companies to grow closer together. In addition to the successful further training in leadership skills for medium-sized businesses and business administration, various special seminars and intensive courses round off the wide range of educational opportunities offered by the Berchtesgadener Land Academy.
