The recycling companies of the Max Aicher Foundation cover both sides of the production chain. Some companies act as raw material suppliers for other companies in the group; others close the production chain, among other things through the recovery or recycling of residues, and represent the beginning of a further production chain. This will counteract the growing global demand for raw materials.
Natural resources can be conserved and the destruction of natural landscapes through the extraction of raw materials can be prevented.
Europe-wide Recycling companies
UD Stahl, Aicher Beton and Koalfem, three companies in Hungary are engaged in the collection and processing of scrap metals.
In Slovakia, these tasks are carried out by Max Aicher Recycling Slowensko and in the Czech Republic by Sunex.
They supply the Ózd steel mills with scrap metal as a raw material.
