The Predigtstuhlbahn
Shortly after its completion in 1928, the Predigtstuhlbahn was considered the epitome of a completed cable car. It is the oldest large cabin cable car in the world that has been preserved in its original form and amazes its guests then and now.
The monumental columns, visible from afar, and the mountain station boldly perched on the rock are among the region’s most impressive landmarks.
